Thank you to the wonderful women who joined me for my first wellness day retreat on Sunday 19th January at Alderwasley Village Hall - it was an absolute pleasure to host you!
We enjoyed a gentle and restorative day, with pilates, a cacao ceremony, lunch, yoga and a sound bath.
