Hi!

My name is Michelle and I created the Wellness Directory to bring together some of the incredible wellness practitioners we have here in Derbyshire, and bring you seasonal day retreats with nutritious food that make you feel great.

Each retreat will be tailored to the seasons, and will be suitable for all levels of experience - everyone is welcome and please don't be afraid to come alone.

Do I need to have done any of these classes before?

No, retreats are suitable for all levels from beginner to more advanced

Is lunch included?

Yes - a light, seasonal vegetarian lunch will be provided, along with Pukka herbal teas and water which will be available for you throughout the day. Please advise of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking. (Whilst every care will be taken, food is prepared in a kitchen that does contain allergens)

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable gym-style clothing, and bring cosy layers such as a warm jumper and fluffy socks for your breathwork and meditation sessions..

What do I need to bring?

Nothing - all mats, equipment, blankets and eye pillows will be provided for you.

Is there parking at the event?

Yes, free parking is available at the venue
